Alan G. Seligson received his law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law in 1988, and was law clerk to the Honorable Polly S. Higdon, Bankruptcy Judge at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court located in Eugene from 1989 to 1994. He then entered private practice as Alan G. Seligson, P.C., here in Eugene, where he has since helped thousands of Oregon families secure debt relief through Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Meet Alan G. Seligson
Alan G. Seligson received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA, Finance) from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1985 and moved to Eugene to attend law school that year. He still resides in Eugene 30 years later and is proud to be a long-standing member of the community.
With extensive experience as a bankruptcy attorney, Alan truly understands the needs of each client and is able to be as compassionate as he is effective. He strives to make the process of filing for bankruptcy as easy and cost effective as possible.
Alan looks forward to many more years helping Oregon residents seek financial relief under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
